February 2010: A Decade of Cleaning with a Purpose

A Decade of Cleaning with a Purpose

A metro-east residential cleaning company, complete with a new look, is celebrating a decade of service in the River Bend and Edwardsville areas, and continues to achieve customer service awards.
Maid to Shine, has an updated logo, web site and revamped display advertising to celebrate its tenth year in business in Metro-east, St. Louis.

Things may look a little different, however Maid to Shine’s goal is to show its focus on green cleaning, award winning customer service and professionalism.

“One thing has remained true since the beginning, Maid to Shine aims for the highest customer satisfaction possible” said Marlene Pashos, President.

The new design has appeared in newly released phone books, referral cards, newspaper advertising, vehicle displays and even a billboard in Edwardsville, Illinois. Maid to Shine had Hayden Designs create the new imaging.

Maid to Shine (MtS) has maintained an A+ Rating by the Better Business Bureau and has recently been given positive feedback by its clients on the Angie’s List forum. Late last year MtS was voted as “Best Cleaning Company” by The Telegraph Readers, (Alton, Illinois Publication), in “Best of Madison County 2009”.

“Ten years ago we were the ’new kids on the block’ for housekeeping services in Edwardsville… From the very beginning we set our standards high for keeping customers happy. This was, and still is, the gauge we use to turn first- time clients into long-term clients.”

Maid to Shine began in 1993 in Chesterfield, Missouri, with its beginnings in private residential cleaning. Pashos moved to the area in 2000 and had established headquarters in the River Bend. Maid to Shine currently serves residents of both the River Bend and Edwardsville/Glen Carbon areas.

Maid to Shine is a member of the Better Business Bureau and the Association of Residential Cleaning Services International. Maid to Shine can be found online at GreenandCleanHousekeeping.com. Maid to Shine can be reached in the River Bend by 618.254.2462 and Edwardsville/Glen Carbon by calling 618.656.5446.
